Purpose & Objective: The Service Advisor role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting customers with the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customers\' needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business. At Aero Auto Repair, this is a career not "just a job".
Responsibilities
Sales: Successfully present repairs and services to customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
Assist in administrative and customer service aspects of the business.
Work in a busy family-owned shop with four locations in the San Diego County Area, with a passion for customer service and helping the community with quality auto repair.
Attend a six-month training course on how to be the best at the job, conquer objections, increase sales, and provide the best customer service.
Collaborate with advisors, management, and technicians as part of the training and ongoing development.
