Principal Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and maintain the overall strategy for the Mission’s ministry to and with churches, parachurch ministries, and other donor groups as assigned.
General Duties:
Church Relationships
Other Assigned Donor Groups
Qualifications:
Proven track record in fundraising and donor relationship cultivation.
Knowledge of homelessness, rescue, and funding environments on local and national levels.
Exemplary character demonstrating respect, accountability, and professionalism. Commitment to Biblical Christian unity among pastors of different denominations.
Servant leader with faith, humility, and unity.
Professional demeanor and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Teachable, team player, and able to follow strategies for building and maintaining donor relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Commitment to safe and healthy work practices, on-site and off-site.
Willing to work weekends and evenings as necessary; flexible and cooperative spirit.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with donor databases.
Passionate about the ministry’s work, relational, attentive to detail, and sensitive to others’ needs.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner.
