As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC. Specifically, you will: Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC. You’ll develop inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for the field sales team. Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach. Ensure enablement and trainings are part of your daily operating rhythm. We have world-class enablement teams and you should leverage the investments allocated to you. Learn, contribute to global projects, and be the innovator in solving everyday problems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and messaging for a cohesive go-to-market approach. Qualifications

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: Previous sales experience. You can embrace, live and breathe BMC values every day. Business awareness, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset. Great storytelling abilities and the ability to articulate achievements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
