This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. The candidate will be responsible for incorporating software and analytical tools to support enterprise operations. Candidate will be client facing and work as part of an integrated team.

Job Duties

Implements and automates cloud-based security controls, governance processes and compliance validation. Supports application accreditation with design and documentation.

Incorporates user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Maintains stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across development, test, and production environments.

Manages and optimizes repositories and workflows.

Collaborates with software development and operations team to integrate security practices.

Ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with a Polygraph.

Eight (8) or more years’ experience with DevSecOps experience.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative science field.

Experience with deployment/configuration management tools like Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, or Ansible.

Experience with version control tolls such as GIT, Bitbucket, SVN or CVS.

Experience supporting the federal government or DoD.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with network infrastructure, database, cloud and data center operations, security protocols.

Familiarity with AWS and other cloud services.

Experience with security frameworks, Risk Management Framework process, compliance frameworks, and security standards.

Experience with federal Authority to Operate processes.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).

Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with Polygraph

Additional Compensation KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
