Responsibilities
Directly supervise wellness staff with respect to recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training, counseling, etc.
Complete Nursing Assessments, auxiliary evaluations of residents, and other required or requested evaluations
Oversee establishment of new residents’ care plans and physician orders and conduct plan reviews with families on a regular basis
Monitor and audit MAR and eMAR and oversee the timely and accurate tracking of resident data
Coordinate services with home health, hospice, and other agencies.
Occasionally fulfill charge nurse duties in order to evaluate efficiencies, systems and resident care.
Collaborate with the Executive and Sales Directors on coordinating move-ins.

Qualifications
A valid LPN, LVN, or RN license
At least 2 years of experience as a Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care
Proven leadership skills to include building, training, and retaining quality teams
Successful survey history
Professional written and verbal communication skills
