Talascend is currently seeking a hybrid Marketing Coordinator for a W-2 contract to possible direct-hire opportunity with our client in Bridgewater, New Jersey . Hybrid Schedule On-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays Remote Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays Overview The role involves providing marketing coordinator support to the Immunology Market Development, HCP & Patient Marketing Teams, along with project level support to the broader marketing team as needed. Responsibilities Maintain department calendar of key events and meetings Coordinate internal / external meetings and event activities, and logistics as needed for the department Support routing of key projects through legal, compliance, & procurement as needed Manage marketing materials, clinical papers and distribution Assist in print production and responsible for inventory management of marketing materials Assist with management of vendors, including their contracts Support execution of annual marketing plan by coordinating/organizing internal and external meetings/marketing projects Qualifications High School Diploma Required College Degree Preferred 1-2 years related experience Strong communication and organizational skills Highly proactive, not just waiting for direction from leadership Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem solving, organization, and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy (word processing, graphics, and database) Strict attention to detail; work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Some travel for key meetings required We thank all applicants for their interest.
