Responsibilities Manage Menu & Promotion Rollouts
Analyzes guest feedback, competitive and market trends to ideate new menu items or promotional specials.
Partners cross-functionally with Ops, Culinary, Training & IT to ensure flawless execution of menu launches and promotions.
Oversees campaign creative production workstreams, ensuring a timely launch across all marketing channels.
Actively manages ops communications supporting rollouts.
Monitor campaign performance and guest insights to optimize live initiatives and inform future planning.
Publishes monthly promotional & menu launch recaps, including key sales metrics with guest and operations feedback summaries.
NRO Marketing Campaign Management
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications required
5 years of experience in restaurant or retail marketing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) & Asana (workflow management tools) required
Experience with website CMS management and Google Analytics tools preferred
Able to travel occasionally, for 1-3 nights at a time
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Highly organized & detail-oriented
Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
