Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training.
Job Details Branch Banking Primary Location: Texas-Center Schedule: Full‑time Work Locations: TX – Center WM‑0351
Minimum Qualifications
1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent amount of directly related college education or volunteer service.
Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be positive and engaging.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Formal Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Status
Full‑time.
Supervisory Responsibility
No.
Travel
Little to no overnight travel expected. Occasional business travel may require covering nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from assigned branch.
Working Conditions
Conditions include standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
