EP Mapping Specialist – CAS | OH Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to support cardiac and other electrophysiological system mapping solutions in the state of Ohio.

Overview As an EP Mapping Specialist you will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, physicians and innovators to execute mapping solutions for cardiac arrhythmias. The role is remote but requires travel within the territory to serve multiple accounts and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

Educate physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and procedures.

Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.

Support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve sales goals.

Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business.

Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.

Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA solutions products.

Communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.

Represent Medtronic CAS products, service and support to physicians and support staff.

Act as a regional champion to share experience and influence proficiency in mapping technology.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.

Proven track record with technical training assignments.

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

Additional Job Requirements

Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.

Clinical specialists must be within the assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.

Occasional travel outside the territory; possibility of overnight travel.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to move freely within facility, use phone, keyboard, mouse, and a computer.

Must stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.

Must drive 25‑50% of the time within the territory and may be required for overnight travel.

Cardiovascular Portfolio Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.

Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $125,000 (U.S. locations). Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and several global well‑being programs.
