Get comprehensive, hands‑on support for senior leaders while delivering strategic people guidance. The Director, HR Business Partner partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and administers performance management, talent development, employee relations and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, performance, and talent strategy

Coach leaders on people management, feedback, and development

Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance

Support organizational design and change initiatives

Use people data and insights to inform recommendations

Drive adoption of core HR programs and processes

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong HRBP background

Experience supporting Director‑ and VP‑level leaders

Solid working knowledge of employment law and ER best practices

Strong judgment, executive presence, and influencing skills

Ability to be in‑office 4 days per week

Pay Range $135,000 – $155,000 per year.
