Responsibilities Our Relationship Specialist role is an entry‑level career opportunity that goes beyond a traditional bank teller. You will:
Process cash transactions, open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts
Discuss loan and retirement products and provide superior customer service
Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide expertise
Learn the ins and outs of financial services and advance as you gain experience
This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week*

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated customer service skills
Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
Basic math skills
Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is required)
Working knowledge of Windows‑based PC products
Physical Demands
Ability to see and hear, write and speak English & Spanish
Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pull) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds
Work Environment
The position is in‑person at our retail stores. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment.
Occasional travel between Grow locations is possible.
Participation in Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability required.
