Executive Search & Professional Placement Partner
CornerStone Professional Placement team seeks a highly skilled full‑desk recruiter to join our team. We partner with companies across industries to place top talent, from key individual contributors to executive leadership. With a record‑breaking year underway in our division, we are seeking strong talent to help us continue growing. In this role, you will lead a full‑desk recruiting model, with a key advantage: our sales team handles business development. This allows you to focus on sourcing, recruiting, and guiding candidates and clients through the process. From intake call to offer and onboarding, you will own the process and act as a trusted advisor.
What You Will Do
Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
Source top talent using Boolean search, open web sourcing/X‑Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ZoomInfo, and other recruitment tools
Interview, qualify, and present candidates across contract, direct hire, and executive roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding
Research companies, roles, salaries, and market data to advise clients
Compensation and Perks

Qualifications for Associate Recruiting Manager
3+ years of recruiting experience in contract placement, direct hire, executive search, or a combination
Proven success in proactive sourcing, including Boolean, open web sourcing/X‑Ray search, and advanced recruiting tools
Strong client relationship and candidate management skills
Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters a plus!
Organized, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
