Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $15‑$18 per hour + uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives

What You Will Do

As an Insurance Agent, sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers

Sollicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals

Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals

Accurately account all currency transactions and timely deliver deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system

Build and leverage client relationships; educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs

The Perfect Match

Preferred: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (not required)

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Sales or customer service experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to build relationships with sales customers

Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills

Ambitious, motivated professional seeking advancement opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
