Immigration Attorney
with specialized expertise in EB‑1 and O‑1 visas.
Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel on EB‑1 and O‑1 visa petitions, including strategy development and case preparation.
Draft and review petitions, supporting documentation, and client communications with precision and clarity.
Advise clients (individuals and organizations) on eligibility, requirements, and best practices for successful filings.
Collaborate with team members across operations, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless case management.
Stay current with immigration law updates, USCIS policy changes, and evolving adjudication trends.
Contribute to start‑up growth by offering insights into process improvements, technology adoption, and client experience enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (Arizona preferred).
2+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong focus on EB‑1 and O‑1 visas.
Proven track record of successful petition filings and client representation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a start‑up environment.
Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.
