HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative . Responsibilities
Pursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long‑term customers Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment Following up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance Agreement Requirements
Basic level of HVAC knowledge preferred Have an outgoing, upbeat personality Direct sales experience is preferred Project a positive and professional image Generate and present high‑quality proposals Be highly motivated & driven Have great communication skills Ability to work within a professional, team‑oriented environment Have exceptional organizational and multi‑tasking skills Be a self‑starter, articulate, and dependable Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Educational And Relevant Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience HVAC experience beneficial Seniority level
