Role Description The Executive Chef is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club. This position leads menu development, kitchen operations, and execution across multiple dining outlets, events, and member experiences. The Executive Chef is accountable for culinary quality, consistency, and creativity while managing kitchen teams, food costs, and operational efficiency. This role works closely with Club leadership to align food and beverage offerings with member expectations, seasonal programming, and special events. Success in this role requires a balance of culinary excellence, financial discipline, team development, and a strong understanding of private club culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations, including menu development, execution, and presentation

Manage and mentor kitchen leadership and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork

Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and member satisfaction

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Oversee food cost controls, inventory management, and budget performance

Collaborate with Club leadership on events, banquets, and special dining experiences

Continuously evolve offerings to enhance the overall dining experience for members and guests

Qualifications

Proven culinary leadership experience in private clubs, upscale hospitality, or fine dining environments

Strong background in menu creation, food preparation, and modern plating techniques

Demonstrated success in kitchen management, staff development, and team leadership

Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance

Experience managing budgets, food costs, and inventory controlsStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional leadership teams

Preferred culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
