The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for working with various departments across the organization to maintain content, governance and the proper functioning of DaVita’s intranet (the VillageWeb). The coordinator will serve as a subject‑matter expert of content management systems, identify ways to enhance the overall digital user experience, monitor emerging web best practices, interpret user engagement analytics, and support large‑scale web projects. Key Duties

Serve as subject matter expert of content‑management systems (SharePoint). Identify strategic solutions to build and publish content that meets the needs of various teams. Troubleshoot and resolve intranet‑related tickets filed using ServiceNow. Maintain established governance practices for the platform. Conduct page audits and evaluate analytics to improve page performance. Provide guidance around keywords, language and metadata tags to improve search functionality. Contribute to strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements. Maintain message and design integrity on all intranet pages using DaVita’s branding. Work closely with intranet content owners across lanes to develop and maintain relevant content. Support the planning and execution of special projects related to the intranet. Support metrics/analytics reporting for intranet‑related channels. Work with IT to improve back‑end functionality of the platform. Support content owners across the Village. Act as a liaison with appropriate vendors. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of web, marketing or communications experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience using various content management systems. Proficiency in editing, reporting and project management. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute projects independently in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to deliver with accuracy and integrity within established deadlines. Effective at communicating with all levels of management, executives, and outside vendors. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in SharePoint/Microsoft suite. Experience using ServiceNow or other workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot). AP style proficiency. About the Position

This is a salaried position. It follows a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week from DaVita’s World Headquarters in Denver, CO. What We’ll Provide
