New Home Consultant Trainee

As a New Home Consultant Trainee you will operate a Welcome Home Center under a mentor’s guidance, building a robust sales pipeline, engaging with customers, processing sale agreements, and closing new home sales.
Responsibilities
Engage visitors to understand their home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
Generate sales leads through community outreach, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the local market, products, community features, and demographics.
Provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree and real estate license preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Site Requirements Regular in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during work hours.
Walk in all weather, uneven surfaces, lift and carry up to 25 lb.
Valid state driver’s license required for customer tours, realtor visits, and other meetings.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate of $25, subject to adjustment based on qualifications, location, and business factors.
Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
