Lead Generator – Flooring Sales & In‑Home Measurements We are seeking a dedicated, hard‑working, self‑motivated, and dependable Lead Generator to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, starting conversations, and closing sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
Engage customers in retail stores through cold‑approach sales.
Generate interest in flooring and tile services.
Schedule in‑home consultations.
Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale.
Follow up with leads and meet performance goals.
