Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Sr. Designer/Sales Professional to join our team on-site in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design custom pools and outdoor spaces, ensuring alignment with their vision and lifestyle. Responsibilities include client consultations, creating and presenting design concepts, providing product recommendations, preparing project proposals, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, you will track sales activities and contribute to achieving team goals in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
Proven skills and experience in Sales and Customer Service to develop strong client relationships and achieve successful project outcomes.
Expertise in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design with a keen eye for aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Outstanding Communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
Proficiency in design software and visualization tools is a plus.
Prior experience in pool design, outdoor living spaces, or related industries is an advantage.
