Job Description We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Performance Marketing Analyst to own and evolve our marketing measurement framework. This high‑impact role will drive how we measure and optimize £M’s of marketing investment worldwide.

In this leadership position you’ll guide a small team of analysts to build, maintain, and evolve our triangle of measurements from end to end

Your Mission You will set the strategic direction of our measurement framework, ensuring it delivers actionable insights that drive marketing optimization across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and implementation of our measurement triangle, covering attribution modeling, experimentation, and marketing mix models.

Collaborate with marketing channels, data science, data engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to prioritize key business needs.

Manage and develop a team of two analysts, fostering growth and ensuring high‑quality output.

Define a strategic roadmap for measurement products, identifying new opportunities and solutions.

Develop processes for channel optimization using available measurement solutions.

Own the end‑to‑end technical build of new attribution features, leveraging Python, dbt, and SQL.

Generate insights and provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing spend.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert on the complete measurement framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field.

4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science (management experience is advantageous but not required).

Proficiency in SQL, advanced Python, and data visualization tools such as Looker (dbt is advantageous).

Deep, hands‑on knowledge of marketing attribution models, marketing mix models, and experimentation.

Strategic thinking about analytical products that drive business value.

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to non‑technical audiences.

Deep understanding of marketing channels, campaign tracking, and mobile marketing MMPs.
