Your Responsibilities

Provide NavDesk subject matter expertise for the Sales team including guidance and support on escalated issue resolution requirements. Responsible for the implementation of allocations into TABS.

Manage administrative responsibilities for NavDesk platform including product testing and managing backlog items.

Identifying process improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Pricing and Customer Support teams to ensure all contracts are invoiced accurately.

Receive and handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about market and NYMEX contract price differentials.

Establish consultative relationship with customers through knowledge of NYMEX and energy markets and world conditions impacting energy prices.

Consult with customers on forward NYMEX purchases and specific risk management NavDesk offers.

Your Skills

Strong ability to work as part of a team and independently, network, and build relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both in person and over the phone.

Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with keen outside the box thinking.

Curious mindset invested in understanding workflows, roles, business lines, etc.

Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Your Experience

2+ years of experience working as an Analyst and/or Sales experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update)
