Job Overview Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to launch a high-impact career? Kitchen Guard is hiring a Fire & Life Safety Consultant to grow our client base across Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester County, NY. This is a remote, full-time sales role focused on B2B outreach — helping restaurants, commercial kitchens, and institutions stay safe, code-compliant, and fire-prepared.
You'll prospect, build relationships, and offer critical fire safety services — all while developing professionally in a fast-growing industry. We’re looking for someone hungry for growth, ready to hustle, and eager to become a key player on our sales and client relations team.
Who We Are Kitchen Guard of Fairfield Westchester is the region’s premier provider of commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning, maintenance, and repair. As a new, fast-scaling franchise, we combine top-tier training, superior equipment, and a premium service mindset. Our clients include restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and government buildings — and we’re just getting started.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new B2B opportunities across foodservice, hospitality, and commercial sectors
Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, and relationship-building in assigned territory
Meet with business owners, facilities managers, and decision-makers to assess fire safety needs
Deliver presentations and proposals for exhaust cleaning services in line with NFPA 96 and local fire codes
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and follow-ups
Hit monthly targets and earn commission for new accounts closed
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by staying informed on regulations and industry trends
Coordinate with field and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Represent the Kitchen Guard brand with professionalism and urgency
Participate in local business events or networking as needed to build brand awareness
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B, or service-based selling preferred
No specific education requirements — we value hustle, drive, and professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and is results-driven
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate objections
Organized and tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools
Comfortable meeting in-person with clients (mileage reimbursed)
Must be located in or near Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County, NY
Base salary + commission
Performance bonuses and year-end incentives

Work Schedule Full-Time – Monday to Friday
Primarily remote with in-person client visits and occasional team meetings
