Job Description POSITIONSUMMARY

Southern NJ Coverage Cluster
Counties:
Camden County (primary focus)
Cities Covered:
Oaklyn and surrounding nearby communities.
Therapists are assigned cases within approximately
20–30 minutes
of their location.
TheABA Therapist (RBT/BT) provides in-home support to children and adolescents, helping them develop essential skills and improve behaviors. Working under the guidance of a BCBA, the ABA Therapist implements personalized therapy plans and collaborates with families to foster the child's growth.

Requirements
Ability to read andwrite English
High school diplomaand one ABA-related course (ex. RBT training) (recommended)
Experience ineducation or autism-related field (recommended)
Ability to workhands-on with children
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Knowledgeable aboutbasic ABA terms (training will be provided)
Knowledgeable aboutdata collection software (training will be provided)
Workscollaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families
Follows supervisordirections and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed
Patient andcompassionate, especially while working with clients exhibitingchallenging behaviors
Goal-oriented andorganized
Acts professionallyin a variety of environments
Flexible andadaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of theclient
