**Position Summary / Purpose:**
The Event Coordinator Associate provides assistance and support to the Event Services Department by helping plan, facilitate, and execute campus events. This position works collaboratively with student employees, full-time staff, and external vendors to support efficient and successful event operations.**Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Essential Functions:*** Assist with planning, facilitating, and executing campus events* Support Event Services staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown* Collaborate with student workers, full-time employees, and external vendors* Communicate professionally with campus partners and event stakeholders* Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately* Provide excellent customer service during event-related activities**Equipment Used and Responsibility:*** Microsoft Outlook* Microsoft Excel* Microsoft Word* General office equipment* Event equipment and supplies as assigned**Qualifications:*** Ability to multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced environment* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail* Demonstrates initiative and accountability* Effective communication and time management skills* Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling**Experience / Education:**
