Responsibilities
Perform moderately complex system data analysis, identify areas of improvement and produce reports and presentations and recommend alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency in a process area.
Collaborate with financial reporting and IT teams to develop/improve reports in order to identify cost disparities within and between Divisions and summarize and communicate cost‑saving opportunities to NSP Team and/or across all Division Purchasing Departments.
Work with cross‑functional teams and have a collaborative mindset; excel within a team setting with willingness to consider differing points of view and proposed directions.
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Management or Information Technology from a four‑year college or university and minimum of 4+ years related experience.
Advanced Excel skills, Enterprise One, Sales 1440, PowerPoint, Insight, SQL & CRM.
Additional Knowledge And Experience
Experience working with senior decision makers.
Thorough familiarity with top‑down structured system analysis techniques.
Thorough understanding of database design principles and report creation.
Ability to create presentations and present materials to others.
Analytical, detail oriented, accuracy, and organization skills.
