Your Role
The Store Team Lead partners closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while upholding our values and mission. From supervising team members to maintaining an inviting sales floor, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for customers, donors, and team members alike.

Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals. Jump in where needed- whether it's running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Store Team Lead, you'll need:
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role A high school diploma or GED Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
