Job Title: Manager, Merchant Sentiment Operations. Location: Hybrid - Tempe, AZ 85288. Duration: 1st position 09/24/2025 - 01/13/2026; 2nd position 11/03/2025 - 01/13/2026. Max Pay Rate: $30.70/hr W2. Business Need: Leave of Absence coverage. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the Merchant Sentiment Operations team. Lead the team to foster collaboration, employee development, and effective problem-solving. Be physically present in the Tempe office to conduct in-person 1:1 meetings with direct reports, engage with cross-functional partners, address immediate issues, and nurture a collaborative team environment. Must-Haves
At least 2 years of people leadership experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passionate about developing teams to meet a high talent bar Familiar with Salesforce, JIRA and Workday systems Nice-to-Haves
