Role Description This is an on‑site contract position located in Tracy, CA, for a Non‑profit Business Development professional. The individual will identify potential funding opportunities, develop partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders, and craft proposals to secure grants or donations. The role includes building strategic initiatives to support the organization’s mission, vision, and coordinating donor engagement activities to foster long‑term relationships. Administrative tasks related to budgeting, fundraising events, and reporting progress to stakeholders are also essential.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Business Development and Partnership Management
Experience in Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Writing
Strong Communication, Relationship‑Building, and Networking abilities
Knowledge or familiarity with Grant Writing, Fundraising Strategies, and Nonprofit Administration
Proficiency in Project Management, Multi‑tasking, and Meeting Deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
Previous experience in nonprofit organizations or social impact‑related roles is a plus.
Social media marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
