About the Role As a Customer Solution Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll introduce them to our products and services, identify their needs, and guide them through the early stages of their journey with us. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to ensure every introduction is warm, professional, and value‑driven.
This role is perfect for someone personable, articulate, and curious, especially about artificial intelligence and its real‑world applications. Knowledge of professional services industries (like tax, legal, or consulting) is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Serve as initial point of contact for inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Qualify leads and understand client pain points to tailor messaging and solutions
Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of our AI products
Schedule and coordinate discovery and demo calls with senior team members
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM system
Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve our outreach strategy and customer experience
Stay current on industry trends and AI developments to bring thoughtful insights to conversations
Qualifications
2+ years of customer‑facing experience (internships, sales, support, etc.)
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Personable, professional, and confident in speaking with clients
Demonstrated interest in AI, technology, or innovation
Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical solutions
Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Bonus: Familiarity with industries like tax, accounting, legal, or consulting
