Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data and administrative records. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into databases and management systems. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files. Respond to data requests and retrieve information as needed. Assist with other clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and document preparation. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems. Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
