Job Description You’ll have the flexibility to work schedules that suit your life. You’ll help keep Domino’s Pizza running smoothly during the hungry hours of the day and night, handling orders, baking, and delivery. Whether you’re a student, you’re working a second job, or you’re looking for a full‑time role, Domino’s is the perfect place to grow.
Duties & Responsibilities
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage stress and meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and a positive personality – taking orders with a smile!
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and complete related paperwork.
Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Comfortable utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.
Qualifications Physical Requirements
Daily tasks are performed from a standing position; you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food‑processing areas. Work surfaces range from 36 in. to 48 in.
Bulk product deliveries are made two to three times per week, and require unloading by team members. Product ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 lb and require lifting and/or stacking.
You may be required to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs to perform job tasks.
Hand‑eye coordination is required for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
Additional Requirements You must be at least 16 years of age. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
