Maintenance Tech I: HVAC, Electrical & Carpentry

A property management company in New Orleans is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to manage repairs and maintenance of their apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in building maintenance, knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and monitoring inventory. A tool allowance is provided quarterly.
