Position Overview
Packaging Operator (Pardo) – Night shift (6pm-6:30am) at Royal Canin, Fremont, NE.
Royal Canin is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our pet food business. Our focus on detail allows us to deliver precise nutrition for cats and dogs.

Responsibilities
Maintain efficient packaging line in line with the set plan and report deviations.
Support peers to achieve highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards in the packing hall.
Achieve GMP/GHP packaging score.
Uphold cleaning regimes to the highest standard.
Participate in operational processes for business performance improvement.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
Standing on a concrete floor.
Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, uniform).
Bending, stooping, twisting, turning, standing for extended periods, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
Adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust, dirt and chemicals.
Vision correctable to 20/20.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Willing and able to work varying shifts and schedules.
Ability to understand and communicate in English.
Work with minimal supervision.
Plan work daily, work independently, be self-starter and highly motivated.
Work with team and interact effectively with other departments.
