Client Account & Service Specialist, Business Insurance
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities.
A day in the life As a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry, working with department members to meet service needs.
Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma required.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Two (2) years’ Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.
Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.
