**Pay:** **$18.00 per hour**

This role is about more than answering calls—it’s about **building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact**.**What You’ll Do*** Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation* Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information* Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service* Resolve customer issues with **cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions****What Makes You a Great Fit*** **2+ years of high-volume customer service experience*** Proficiency with **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook*** Excellent **verbal and written communication skills*** Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people**What We Offer*** **Competitive Pay: $18/hr*** **Full Benefits Package**, including:
