Job Summary Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and other communication channels, including social media. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, making follow‑up calls, managing customer accounts, selling maintenance agreements, and assisting with the company's social media presence.
Work Hours 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the service industry preferred
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction considered a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook preferred
Detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience
Geographical knowledge of the sales area or map‑reading skills
