Overview
Residential Care Associate II – McKenzie Ridge SRTF, Junction City, OR. Provide personal care, medication administration, and group treatment to residents in a secure, co‑ed 8‑bed program. Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized personal care services and support residents’ functional needs. Implement group and recreational treatment activities using an evidence‑based curriculum. Administer and document prescribed medications according to physician orders and agency policies. Transport residents to and from the program and other locations as required. Maintain productivity standards for documentation and service delivery. Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old at time of hire. Eligible to register as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) through the MHACBO. Must meet one of the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field. OR at least three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience with supervised individuals. OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; must pass a DHS criminal background check. Ability to lift and transfer residents up to 40 lbs; able to perform crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Benefits & Compensation
Hourly wage: $21.63 – $22.96 (DOE/Credentials) with an additional $3.00 night shift differential (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) and a 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
