Role Description THIS IS A SALARIED ROLE, NOT A COMMISSION BASED POSITION.
This is a full‑time role as a Salaried Showing Assistant at Windermere Real Estate in the Greater Seattle Area. The Showing Assistant will be responsible for managing warm buyer & seller leads, showing properties and assisting with listing preparation and maintenance, and supporting within administrative tasks and real estate transactions on a day‑to‑day basis.
Qualifications
Washington State Real Estate License NOT required; must be willing and able to obtain license and pass the exam within 60 days (company paid)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Greater Seattle Area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset
Professional, dependable, and punctual with excellent time‑management abilities
Ability to show homes confidently and represent the Windermere brand with professionalism
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using MLS, CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within real estate
