PT Consumer Banker II (Carmel) Join First Financial Bank in our mission to do the right things, right now. Your role will be to work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new ones to deepen client relationships by booking business directly and by referring to internal partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, Commercial, and Treasury Management. Responsibilities

Perform necessary functions to open and maintain accounts. Run a teller drawer as deemed necessary by management. Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow‑up. Partner with internal constituencies to deliver the expertise required for each client interaction. Ensure client follow‑up calls are conducted in the proper timeframe. Maintain all operational and risk management standards. Assist clients in transacting business within the branch, drive‑thru, by phone, and email. Act as a trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model. Participate in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities. Consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management. Provide digital assistance and service for clients utilizing the bank’s online offerings. Stay informed about bank products, processes, and procedures, especially the most complex ones. Qualifications

3‑4 years client service experience in a retail environment. 3‑4 years sales and service experience with a history of meeting sales and service goals in a retail setting. High school diploma or GED required. Notary authorization may be obtained. Strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills. Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in sales. Physical Requirements

Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs. Frequently sits, stands, walks and drives. Compensation

$18.00/hr – $20.19/hr Benefits
