Skills & Experience
Use of productivity tools is required
Purpose: answering questions, generating text, help with creating documents, emails, etc.
Examples: ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Gemini, etc.
Use of creative tools is desired
Purpose: software code, video, graphics generation, etc.
Examples: Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot
Incorporating AI into solutions is nice to have
Purpose: making AI algorithms part of technology solutions
Examples: neural networks, predictive algorithms, large language models, etc.
Capability to understand and actively apply AI to solve real‑world problems and drive business success

Responsibilities
Partner with client staff of all levels to understand issues and needs, and work to solve them through development of specific analytical tools
Develop and validate financial models and analytic tools for portfolio management, valuation/pricing/costing, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making
Define functional requirements and design testing strategies for analytic software applications
Analyze and interpret complex data sets in various software packages using statistical and econometric techniques
Clearly communicate complex, technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical clients
Plan and execute project tasks
Work closely with internal Project Managers and teammates to facilitate project support
Actively seek opportunities for FI to expand the solutions we offer to our clients
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience within consulting or corporate/government environment
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, or other applicable quantitative or technical field
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with and aptitude for programming languages such as SAS, Python, VBA, SQL, and R
Data visualization experience using Power BI or Tableau
Interest and ability to work in a project‑based environment with specific deadlines, where the schedule can be unpredictable at times
High attention to detail and ability to ensure high‑quality work
Demonstrated ability to understand complex data and business processes, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to build trust and confidence with clients
