Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management

Monitor Passport supply levels, purchase orders, and inventory to support MHS; report shortages/supply disruptions and share findings with cross‑functional teams.

Maintain Smartsheet data for Passport portfolio to include new product launches (NPLs), discontinuations, commercial, and clinical feedback.

Analyze product performance versus awarded amounts.

Support activities such as item removals, renewals, sourcing, and award conversions; document workflows and capture feedback.

Passport Plus

Manage inventory requests (RFIs) from the Commercial team; provide timely updates and maintain accurate records.

Act as liaison between Portfolio and Compass teams for inventory requests and related communications.

NorthStar Forecast Management

Maintain Passport forecasts in collaboration with our private‑label supplier; monitor supply levels and sales fluctuations.

Serve as the primary liaison with the Northstar commercial enablement team for forecasts, NPLs and inventory monitoring; representing Passport in all communications and ensuring timely updates and alignment on supply priorities.

Analytics/Operational Support

Develop and maintain Passport risk profiles for each molecule, including automating processes to identify and reduce portfolio risk.

Maintain and optimize Smartsheet solutions, including:

Creating and updating dynamic views, sheets, reports, and dashboards.

Configuring automated workflows with conditional logic.

Applying formulas, cell linking, and data validation.

Managing permissions and troubleshooting automation issues.

Integrating Smartsheet with other tools to support business operations.

Gathering data for dashboard enhancements; validating updates and providing feedback.

Facilitate meetings with cross‑functional teams, as needed, to provide portfolio updates and ensure alignment across teams.

Coordinate and lead meetings with diverse teams to provide updates on the portfolio and ensure all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

Maintain accurate data in tracking tools and communicate updates promptly.

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives and evolving business needs.

Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Critical Skills

7+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, product or category management, or buying.

Advanced analytical skills to evaluate supply levels, purchase orders, and product performance, with a focus on identifying trends and resolving supply chain issues.

Ability to prioritize business needs, recommend practical solutions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with effective written communication for reporting and cross‑team updates.

Collaborative approach to resolving discrepancies and improving processes.

Comfortable making data‑driven decisions and troubleshooting technology‑based workflows.

Experience facilitating meetings, including preparing materials, leading discussions, and documenting outcomes.

Additional Skills

Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow tools, including advanced features (automation, formulas, dashboards, integrations); prior use preferred.

Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).

Familiarity with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio).

Pharmaceutical portfolio management or healthcare supply chain experience preferred.

Adaptable to changing business needs and receptive to feedback.

Compensation Our base pay range for this position is $99,200 - $165,400. Compensation beyond base may include an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
