Overview
Direct Support Professional (DSP) focused on individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within a group home in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role offers various shift options and supports individuals in completing everyday living tasks and achieving personal goals aligned with our mission to empower communities. Location: Raleigh, NC, with regular local community travel. Compensation: $15.00/hour. Schedule options include full-time shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, or 11pm–7am (40 hours/week). Responsibilities
Provide in-home and community-based care for individuals served as part of daily routines. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning; provide personal care such as bathing and dressing; support employment-related activities. Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed. Help plan and organize clients’ schedules. Document daily activities and reporting in the electronic health record system. Qualifications
Experience: entry-level; on-the-job training provided. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge: basic housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols. Skills: interpersonal skills, attention to detail, dependability. Technology: proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly. Transportation: reliable transportation and current auto insurance required. Compensation & Benefits
