Responsibilities

Greet customers, run the register, and cashier.

Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.

Work throughout the store to maintain high standards of appearance.

Provide fast and friendly service to customers.

Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

Experience selling products to customers.

Excellent customer care skills.

Strong communication and friendly conversation.

Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun.

Teamwork to accomplish daily goals.

Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail and customer service experience.

Experience as a sales associate or cashier.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Motivation to advance in your career.

Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.

Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.

Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.

Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.

Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require ladder use.
