
Site Clinical Director - Sun River Health
Job Description
Full‑time position supporting the Church Ave and Bedford Ave sites. Diagnosis and treatment of patients in the clinical director's specialty area, clinical assistance to nurse practitioners and physician assistants, participation in planning and developing health care services, referral and follow‑up of patients, after‑hours coverage to ensure 24‑hour availability. Performs job duties in compliance with systems and job‑specific standards and leads quality improvement projects at the site level.
Annualized Salary Range $154,876.80 – $162,385.60
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provides supervision for clinical activities of medical providers and documentation, including review of protocols, telephone triage, follow‑up procedures.
Coordinates tests, referrals, and care of SRH patients outside the Health Center.
Adheres to standards for preventive care and diagnostic screening within the specialty; participates in programs that implement these standards.
Maintains appropriate documentation of medical records.
Participates in provider meetings.
Meets productivity, quality and patient satisfaction standards.
Performs histories, physical exams, and prescribes treatment for conditions within scope of practice.
Provides off‑hours and hospital coverage for patients.
Contributes to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develops schedules, approves time off, completes time records.
Communicates and applies SRH policies and regulations.
Manages budget and resources.
Provides staff training, coaching, performance management.
One day at the Bedford Ave location and four days at Church Ave.
Minimum Requirements Master's Degree. Board‑Certification, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Competent in procedures appropriate to specialty.
Ability to communicate in English, orally and in writing.
