Qualifications
In‑home sales experience (HVAC, windows, solar, roofing, or similar)
Ability to work long days in hot attics and high‑pressure situations
Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
Coachable, goal‑driven, and committed to personal and team success
Strong work ethic – you follow through and finish strong
Passion for doing things the right way – no shortcuts or pressure tactics
