We are currently seeking a qualified HUD Inspector to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections. Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation of multi-family properties Evaluate units for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Complete inspection reports and required documentation in accordance with HUD and company guidelines Qualifications
Willingness to travel for inspections (within Iowa) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ICC certification, engineering license, or architectural license OR At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspection is required Compensation
