Retention Representative Jobs
We are looking for experienced professionals to manage and enhance relationships with existing policyholders. These roles may be performed remotely and focus on delivering exceptional customer service while driving retention and renewal activities across various clients and industries.
Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing policyholders, focusing on professional liability and other coverage areas.
Respond to inquiries from current policyholders via the call center, identifying renewal opportunities and potential gaps in coverage.
Promote and renew assigned insurance coverage to existing clients through phone, email, mail, and fax communication.
Build meaningful relationships with customers during each interaction to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding coverage, claims, and eligibility to qualified users.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
Proactive, results‑driven mindset and a passion for providing excellent service.
Prior experience in a customer retention or sales support role is preferred.
Comfortable working in a remote, call‑center environment.
Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics related to retention and renewal activities.
