Position Summary The Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
Ensures client benefit plans' accuracy, performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
Assists clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and processes life status changes.
Responds to benefits inquiries on plan provisions.
Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
Provides reports for allocation and billing.
