Responsibilities
Train agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability.
Utilize the abundant exclusive, qualified direct mail leads available to all agents; no cold calling.
No limit on lead distribution or the number of appointments.
Close deals with ease thanks to our partnerships with top‑rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection.
Maintain a low‑pressure, client‑focused sales environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
Need a state life insurance license; if not licensed, Tinsman Agency will assist with courses and exam preparation (typically 1‑2 weeks).
Clean criminal background; background check with fingerprinting required.

Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually.

Compensation & Benefits
Current levels vary between 70% – 140% annual premium written per policy; commission level based on activity and sales.
Advanced commission averages $500–$600 per sale; average total commissions per sale $750.
Part‑time agents (15 hrs/week) earn $35,000–$50,000 per year.
Full‑time agents (40 hrs/week) earn $100,000–$250,000+ per year.
Payment directly from carriers as a direct deposit to your bank account; fast payout.
Monthly cash bonuses and free incentive/performance trips.
Business Builder and Equity Bonus Programs.
Carrier bonuses and commission over‑rides for agents you bring into the business (passive income for life).
